- How do I schedule a service with Extra Hands For You? Scheduling a service with Extra Hands is easy! Simply reach out to us via phone or email, and we’ll be happy to discuss your needs and set up a convenient appointment time.
- Are your services available on weekends and evenings? Currently appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday from 7AM to 4PM. However, we may be able to make an exception. Please reach out to discuss and see what we can work out together.
- Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment? No, you don’t need to worry about supplying any cleaning supplies. If, during a home organization session, we find that additional storage containers or equipment would be beneficial, Extra Hands is happy to assist. We’ll help with measurements, pick up the items for you, and implement the desired storage solutions. However, please note that the client is responsible for purchasing the recommended storage items. We’re here to make the process seamless and efficient for you.
- What areas do you serve? Extra Hands is based in Loganville. We currently serve Walton and Gwinnett County. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.
- How much does Extra Hands’ For You services cost? Our services are priced at a competitive hourly rate of $25. We offer the flexibility for you to request a pause in the service at any time, ensuring that the work aligns perfectly with your needs and preferences.
- Is there an additional cost for mileage? Yes, for locations beyond a 10-mile radius from our base of operations, there may be an additional cost to cover mileage expenses. However, this will be communicated transparently during the initial consultation, and any additional charges will be clearly outlined in your quote.
- Are there any tasks that Extra Hands For You does not provide? While we excel in a wide range of services, there are a few tasks that fall outside of our scope. We do not offer heavy lifting, construction work, landscaping, or any services requiring specialized licenses, such as electrical or plumbing work. We do not provide deep cleaning services. We will also only accept work in homes that have “people-friendly” dogs.
